Tiffany McEldowney, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Tiffany McEldowney, PT, DPT, is a passionate and dedicated physical therapist who understands firsthand the impact of quality rehabilitation.

Her journey into physical therapy began in high school when she experienced PT herself and was able to return to playing sports pain-free. This personal experience, combined with the joy she witnessed in patients while working in a clinic, solidified her love for the profession.

Tiffany earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Dayton, where she completed an independent study in Women’s Health.

She holds certifications in Integrative Dry Needling (IDN) and has completed specialized coursework in pelvic floor therapy through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Floor Level 1 program.

Since graduating in 2015, she has gained experience in a variety of settings, including hospital-based outpatient therapy, inpatient care, and home health.

Her clinical expertise spans orthopedic and manual therapy, post-operative care, sports rehabilitation, and women’s pelvic health.

She is also trained in advanced techniques such as Frequency Specific Microcurrent, the Neufit Method, Blood Flow Restriction, and Integrative Dry Needling.

Tiffany has a particular passion for working with athletes, as sports have played a significant role in her life. She finds great fulfillment in helping athletes regain confidence and return to competition.

She also enjoys treating low back and sacroiliac (SI) pain, which ties into her interest in pelvic health.

Committed to lifelong learning, Tiffany stays up to date with the latest advancements in physical therapy through ongoing research, continuing education, and the integration of cutting-edge technology such as the Neubie device and Frequency Specific Microcurrent.

She thrives in the collaborative environment at Performance Physical Therapy & Wellness, where the team’s shared passion for patient care and professional growth fosters exceptional treatment outcomes.

For Tiffany, the most rewarding part of her job is seeing patients walk out pain-free or return to activities they love. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing sports with her children, supporting them in their activities, and contributing to her church’s youth program.
