As the Front Desk Coordinator at Performance Physical Therapy & Wellness, Nance Muhlenkamp serves as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience.

Her responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, verifying and explaining insurance benefits, and addressing any questions they may have.

She takes great pride in making sure every patient feels supported from their first visit to their final session.

Nance finds immense fulfillment in being part of a team that helps patients achieve better health and relief from pain.

She enjoys building relationships with patients throughout their care journey, celebrating their progress, and although she’s always happy to see them recover, she misses seeing them after their discharge.

She recognizes the importance of every role at Performance PTW and takes her responsibility seriously, ensuring patients feel confident in their treatment plan, insurance claims, and financial processes.

Outside of work, Nance enjoys spending quality time with her family, as well as walking, biking, and reading.

Her personal philosophy is to do her best to honor God and trust Him to do what she cannot.

When it comes to her work style, she describes herself as diligent, caring, and dependable.
