Hi, I’m Kelly Hoying, a Performance Specialist at Peak Performance and Health. I oversee adult fitness classes in a safe, supportive, and comfortable environment, helping people build strength, confidence, and healthy habits.

I’ve been active my whole life, and with 10 years in the fitness industry, exercise has always been a big part of who I am. I love helping others discover the joy of moving their bodies and leading a healthier lifestyle.

I’ve really enjoyed getting to know the team at Peak Performance and Health — they’re all amazing and genuinely want to help everyone feel their best.

Outside of work, I enjoy watching my kids play sports and staying active as a family. We love hiking and taking adventurous trips across the U.S.
