Sacroiliac (SI) Pain

The sacroiliac joint, which is found in your lower back on each side of your spine, is responsible for carrying the weight of your upper body when you walk or stand.  Pain is triggered when the joint becomes inflamed due to injury or any activity that causes a repeated pounding to the area, such as jogging.  If pain in this area has made it difficult for you to do the things you normally do, physical therapy can help restore strength and flexibility to the joint.

Treatment includes correcting any limping, leaning to one side as you stand or walk, or other habits you may have acquired in order to avoid pain.

Rib Pain

A sedentary lifestyle, prolonged sitting in front of the computer, and injury can all cause rib pain.  We provide hands-on treatment that will loosen the joints and muscles of the rib and mid-back.  We will also educate you on proper posture to decrease pain and to restore strength and mobility.
